Westbrook, Scarborough, Bangor, and Arundel lobbies are now open!

At Infinity Federal Credit Union (FCU), the health and safety of our members and our employees is a top priority. We are monitoring the changing situation with COVID-19, following CDC recommendations, and updating our lobby hours regularly.

Our Westbrook and Bangor branch lobbies are now open. Drive Thru serivces are available in Portland, Scarborough and Arundel. Call 207-854-6000 for more information or use our Distance Banking online services.

  • In compliance with current CDC guidelines, four members are allowed in our Bangor branch at one time, and five members are allowed in our Westbrook branch at one time. Please adhere to social distancing markers placed on the floor.
  • For the safety of you, other members, and our employees, face coverings are required for in-person contact.

 We encourage you to use the following means to conduct your banking:

  • By ATM, if you need cash.  Our ATMs are available 24/7. We encourage you to use our network of surcharge-free ATMs. To find an ATM near you, simply use the online ATM locator.
  • By phone.  Please call our call center at 207-854-6000 to speak with an Infinity FCU employee.
  • We encourage you to take advantage of our digital services.  Our online and mobile banking platform allow you to perform all your transactions online, including depositing checks, transferring funds, making loan payment, and checking your balance from the comfort of your home.
